Refunds and Returns Policy

We hope your Botanographia print brings lasting pleasure. If something isn't quite right, we aim to make the process clear and fair.

Your Right to Return

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Made-to-Order Items

All prints are produced to order. Minor variations in colour and finish may occur — these are inherent to the fine art printing process and are not considered faults.

Condition of Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To protect the integrity of the artwork, prints should not be handled excessively or exposed to damage, and protective sleeves, mounts or wrapping should be retained where possible. We reserve the right to reduce a refund if the item shows signs of handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. If you are returning an item from within the European Union under the 14-day cooling-off period, return shipping costs are also the responsibility of the customer. We will make this clear at the time of your return request.

Damages and Faults

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. Please provide photographic evidence where possible. You may choose either a replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.

We cannot accept returns where damage has been caused by improper handling after delivery, or incorrect storage or repackaging.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Sale items
  • Limited editions once the edition is closed or sold out
  • Digital products or gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

International Returns and Customs

If you are returning an item across international borders, please be aware that customs duties or import charges may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked returns service to ensure your item reaches us safely.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition as received and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be confirmed at the time of your request.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the payment.
