This "Horse Chestnut Stems" series by Duncan Smith won Silver in the Professional, Still Life category at the prestigious international 2026 reFocus Awards. 

The series was selected from entries submitted by photographers from 104 countries around the world.

The awards were judged by an esteemed panel representing organisations including The New York Times, Condé Nast, Rizzoli Publishing, The Robb Report and the Financial Times.
