How We Ship

All Botanographia prints are produced and fulfilled by theprintspace, the UK's first end-to-end carbon-neutral fine art printing service. Depending on your location, your order will be produced and shipped from either their UK or European studio, helping to minimise shipping distances and avoid unnecessary customs charges.

UK Orders

Orders placed within the United Kingdom are produced and dispatched from theprintspace's UK studio. Please allow 5–7 days in total for production and dispatch. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

European Orders

Orders placed within the European Union and wider Europe are produced and dispatched from theprintspace's German studio wherever possible. This helps ensure smooth, customs-free delivery across the EU and reduces transit times. Please allow 5–7 days in total for production and dispatch.

Packaging

We take care to ensure your print arrives in perfect condition. Smaller prints are sent in sturdy cardboard envelopes, while larger prints are carefully rolled and dispatched in durable protective tubes. All packaging is designed to minimise environmental impact and can be reused or recycled wherever possible.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details so you can follow your print's journey to you.

International Shipping

At present, we are not shipping to the United States. This is due to the current volatility of international shipping costs and service irregularities. We hope to offer US shipping again in the future and will update this policy when we do.

Damaged or Lost Orders
